DNA\u4e5f\u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3actDNA\uff08circulating tumor DNA\uff09\u3002\u57fa\u4e8ecfDNA\u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u201c\u6db2\u6001\u6d3b\u68c0\u201d\u6280\u672f\u5728\u4ea7\u524d\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u7b5b\u67e5\u3001\u65e9\u671f\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u6cbb\u7597\u76d1\u6d4b\u548c\u9884\u540e\u8bc4\u4f30\u7b49\u591a\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u53d7\u5230\u6781\u5927\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2a\u4f53\u7684\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u7ec4cfDNA\u7247\u6bb5\u5316\u5206\u5e03\u5b58\u5728\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u8840\u6db2cfDNA\u4e3a\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u7684\u8bca\u65ad\u9014\u5f84\u3002cfDNA \u5728\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u534a\u8870\u671f\u5f88\u77ed\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u7ea6 16 \u5206\u949f <sup>[1]<\/sup>\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64 cfDNA \u80fd\u591f\u7528\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65f6\u52a8\u6001\u76d1\u6d4b\u3002\u591a\u9879\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8868\u660e\u809d\u3001\u813e\u548c\u80be\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86 cfDNA \u7684\u8fc5\u901f\u6e05\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>cfDNA \u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u75c5\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u7834\u574f\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u8840\u6d46\u6216\u8840\u6e05\u6837\u672c\u4e2d\u68c0\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u4e2a\u4f53\u4e2d\u4e5f\u80fd\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u3002\u8fc7\u53bb\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5065\u5eb7\u4eba\u8840\u6d46\u4e2dcfDNA \u6d53\u5ea6\u901a\u5e38\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u52a0\u4e4b\u6240\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u5206\u6790\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ef\u9760\u5730\u68c0\u6d4b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4ee5\u524d\u9519\u8bef\u81c6\u65ad\u5b83\u4ec5\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u75c5\u7406\u6807\u672c\u4e2d<sup>\u30102\u3011<\/sup>\u3002\u73b0\u4ee3\u5c16\u7aef\u751f\u7269\u6280\u672f\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u5b9e\u65f6\u5b9a\u91cfPCR \u6216\u8367\u5149\u67d3\u6599\u6cd5\uff0c\u53ef\u68c0\u6d4b\u4eba\u4f53\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684cfDNA\u3002\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u5bf9\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u4e9a\u5065\u5eb7\u7fa4\u4f53\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u7684 \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8bb8\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u4e0d\u540c\u764c\u75c7\u65f6\uff0ccfDNA\u5bf9\u80bf\u7624\u590d\u53d1\u53ca\u75c5\u4eba\u751f\u5b58\u671f\u7684\u9884\u540e\u4ef7\u503c\u53ca\u5bf9\u6cbb\u7597\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u76d1\u6d4b\u3002\u5728\u60a3\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u3001\u7ed3\u76f4\u80a0\u764c\u3001\u809d\u764c\u3001\u80ba\u764c\u3001\u80c3\u764c\u3001\u5375\u5de2\u764c\u548c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u764c\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u75c5\u4f8b\u51fa\u73b0\u8f83\u9ad8\u6d53\u5ea6\u7684cfDNA\uff0c\u662f\u75be\u75c5\u751f\u5b58\u671f\u4e00\u4e2a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u5371\u9669\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u6709\u4e0d\u826f\u540e\u679c<sup>\u30103\u3011<\/sup>\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0cBanki \u7b49<sup>\u30104\u3011<\/sup>\u62a5\u9053\u5728\u98df\u7ba1\u764c\u624b\u672f\u5207\u9664\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u4e2d\uff0c\u672f\u540e\u82e5 cfDNA \u503c\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5728\u8ffd\u8e2a\u65f6\u901a\u5e38\u8868\u793a\u65e9\u671f\u590d\u53d1\uff0c\u6bd4\u6807\u51c6\u53c2\u6570\u764c\u80da\u6297\u539f (CEA)\u6216\u5f71\u50cf\u4fe1\u606f\u8981\u65e9\uff0c\u4e14\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u548c\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u90fd\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u591a\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u7eb3\u5165<strong>cfDNA \u5b8c\u6574\u6027<\/strong>\u6307\u6807\u80fd\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u9ad8cfDNA \u68c0\u6d4b\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3002cfDNA \u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u51cb\u4ea1\u548c\u574f\u6b7b\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u5728\u51cb\u4ea1\u65f6\u7531\u4e8e\u7a0b\u5e8f\u9176\u89e3\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u81ea\u51cb\u4ea1\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u91ca\u653e\u7684 cfDNA \u788e\u7247\u6709\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5927\u5c0f\uff0c\u8303\u56f4\u5728185~200bp\u3002\u80bf\u7624\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u8840\u6d46\u4e2d cfDNA \u6709\u66f4\u5927\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u574f\u6b7b\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u5176DNA \u7247\u6bb5\u7684\u957f\u5ea6\u5206\u5e03\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u4eba\u4e0d\u540c<sup>\u30105\u3011<\/sup>\u3002\u57fa\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u73b0\u8c61\uff0cDNA\u201c\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u6307\u6570\u201d\u754c\u5b9a\u4e3a\u8f83\u957f DNA \u788e\u7247\u4e0e\u8f83\u77ed DNA \u788e\u7247\u7684\u6bd4\u7387\uff0c\u662f cfDNA \u6765\u6e90\u7684\u6307\u5f81\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u6d53\u5ea6\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4fee\u6b63\u80bf\u7624\u8d1f\u8377\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter
